Land of thunder dragon – the happiest land, Bhutan!



Until the last decade, the country of Bhutan remained as a close monarchy isolated from all the influence of the world, located a small landscape with limited count of population in between the two giant countries India and China. The Fourth Kingdom succession of Bhutan turned it into the democratic country. The Land of thunder Dragon is landlocked by all sides by the India, Tibet, China and Nepal.
Bhutan,the world’s happiest country was given this remarkable entitlement by the concept of philosophy attained being gross national happiness. United Nation adopted this ideal philosophy as a material indicator for the belief that a country should also be checked for its happiness in the slot of developmental indicators. The happiness indicator thus allotted Bhutan as the world’s happiest country.
The last standing kingdom of Buddhist across the globe has conserved all of their tradition rooted deep enough since the beginning of Buddhism and has totally neglected the conceptualizations of liberalization and globalization. Bhutan has also been marked as the second fastest growing GDP in the world; maintain the supreme balance quotient in their environmental condition and the cultural identity. Bhutan is also referred to as the Switzerland of Asia due to its location in the mountain and dwelling size and shape resembling to Switzerland on the globe physically.

The rising economy with strong holding tradition and well developed culture makes Bhutan achieves the quality of life so cherished, and ever since the democracy took over the monarchy, the pavement to globalization is thoroughly experienced by the resident in the correct minimized level and thus helps them to pursue the standardization competing in the global market world securing an unique position amid the multiple number of nations which had an prior exposure to the globalization.
